Pack 309 is run by volunteers. We encourage parents who are not Den Leaders, to volunteer to be an event coordinator or helper. All parents are expected to volunteer to help with at least 1 event during the year.

Pack 309 is run by volunteers. Those that have stepped forward to be Leaders for our boys are required to take a few Leader Training courses through the local Cub Scout District and Council. We encourage parents who are Leaders to take this training at their earliest convience in Sept. or Oct. as offered as it gives great insight into projects, activities, and working with our boys to become better Cub Scouts and young men.
